Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the CronBeacon service, a scheduled task monitoring platform accessible at cronbeacon.com.

2. Registration and Account

Access to the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Each workspace is isolated: your data is only accessible to members of your workspace.

3. Plans and Pricing

CronBeacon offers three plans:

• Free : Free, 1 monitor, 30-day history, 1 member
• Pro : €49/month, 50 monitors, 6-month history, 5 members
• Business : €149/month, 200 monitors, 18-month history, 15 members

4. Service Availability

CronBeacon commits to maintaining 99.9% availability on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. Planned interruptions will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

CronBeacon and all its components (code, design, brand) are the exclusive property of AnabLabs. Your monitoring data remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

CronBeacon is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not replace your backup, disaster recovery, or application monitoring procedures. CronBeacon shall not be held liable for the consequences of an undetected failure or an undelivered alert.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination. CronBeacon reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive use.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Paris, France.
