1. Data Controller

CronBeacon is published by AnabLabs, SAS, registered under number SIRET 10244483300010, with registered office at 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. To contact us: our contact page.

2. Data Collected

We only collect data necessary for the operation of the service:

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Billing data: company name, address, VAT number, SIRET
• Monitoring data: job identifiers, timestamps, execution durations, statuses, error messages
• Technical data: IP address, user-agent (for security and rate limiting)

CronBeacon does not collect any personal data from your end users. Monitoring data is exclusively technical.

3. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Providing the monitoring service (detection, alerts, reports)
• Managing your account and billing
• Ensuring service security (rate limiting, abuse detection)

4. Hosting and Security

All data is hosted in France at OVHcloud (Gravelines datacenter). Data never leaves the European Union. Connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes.

5. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on the type of data:

• Account data: retained as long as the account is active, deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
• Monitoring data: according to your plan (30 days, 6 months, or 18 months), automatically purged beyond that
• Billing data: retained for 10 years in accordance with French legal obligations

6. Cookies

CronBeacon only uses a technical session cookie necessary for authentication. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no advertising.

7. Sub-processors

Our sub-processors are all located in the European Union: OVHcloud (hosting, France), AWS SES (transactional email delivery, eu-west-3 Paris region).
